The production area is located halfway in the
in Castelnuovo dell’Abate and partly in Altesi.
The vineyards – planted between 1998 and
the years 2000 – have clay-limestone soil, situated at an altitude of
350/400 meters above sea level. The yield per hectare is approximately 80 quintals.
