The production area is predominantly located
in the Castelnuovo dell’Abate area and partly in Canalicchio.

The vineyards – planted
between 1998 and 2000 – have clay-limestone soil, situated at an altitude of 350/400 meters above sea level. The yield per hectare is approximately 65 quintals.
